丝素和纳米溶胶及其复配液对真丝织物进行功能整理的研究

摘    要:研究采用丝素、纳米TiO2溶胶、丝素与纳米TiO2溶胶复配对真丝织物进行功能整理。结果表明:经整理的真丝织物抗皱、抗紫外线辐射、抗菌效果均有所提高。整理后的真丝织物折皱回复角由原来的265°提高到302,°UPF等级由原来的20增加到50+,对大肠杆菌和金葡球菌的抑菌圈分别为2.4 mm和8.0 mm。

Abstract:Functional finishing on silk fabrics using silk fibroin,TiO2 nano-sol,silk fibroin and nano-sol combination was studied.It was shown that the performances of silk treated were improved,including the wrinkle-resistant,anti-UV and anti-bacterial.The wrinkle recovery angle of the silk treated increased from 265° to 302°.UPF Rating of the silk treated could up to 50+ from 20.The sizes of antibacterial circles to escherichia coli and saureus in the silk treated reached 2.4 mm and 8.0 mm respectively.
