隔膜压缩机膜腔型线的分析研究

摘    要:根据隔膜压缩机的工作原理,借助Matlab优化和拟合的工具箱,并对现有挠度曲线方程进行了优化处理,得到了一组较为理想的参考数据,然后运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对现有数据与优化的结果进行了对比分析,得出了膜片应力的分布情况。根据分析结果,优化所得的数据在一定程度上改善了膜片的应力状态,这对于提高隔膜压缩机膜片寿命有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In this paper, According to the principle of diaphragm compressor, the relational measured data is fitted and the existing deflection curve equation is optimized by Matlab the fitting and optimal toolbox,and a more ideal reference data has been got. Finally ,the data of existing and optimized has been analyzed by the software of FEA ABAQUS,the result shows the stress distribution of diaphragm. Based on the analyzed results, the optimal data has improved the stress state of diaphragm in some extent, that has some reference value to improve the diaphragm life of diaphragm compressor.
