基于超声波技术的绝缘子污秽放电检测方法

摘    要:通过绝缘子污秽放电的产生机理及放电过程中声发射现象的研究,对绝缘子污秽放电过程中所产生的超声波信号进行系统分析,提出基于超声波技术的绝缘子污秽放电检测方法,并设计一种能够对绝缘子污秽放电所产生的超声波信号进行检测的特殊传感器。根据传感器检测到的超声波信号的变化来判断污秽放电是否存在,放电的严重程度及发展趋势,最终实现绝缘子污秽放电的带电检测和预警。

Abstract:Based on the studies on the mechanism of insulator flashover discharge and the acoustic emission phenomenon of discharge process, a systematic analysis is done on ultrasonic signal produced in the process of insulator flashover discharge. Besides, an approach to detect insulator flashover discharge based on ultrasonic technology is proposed and a special instrument transformer is designed for detecting ultrasonic signal produced by insulator flashover discharge. According to the change of signal detected, it can be judged whether there is flashover discharge as well as its severity and trends can also be revealed, thus realizing the live detection and early-warning of insulator flashover discharge.
