| 摘 要： | 干旱地区经济发展与生态保护对水资源具有强烈的依赖作用，水资源的合理配置是缓解资源、经济与生态矛盾的根本途径。“宁夏经济生态系统水资源合理配置研究”项目正是基于干旱地区缺水的实际，针对其特有的水资源特点，提出了面向经济生态系统的水资源合理配置研究框架，开发建立了平原区分布式水循环模型、广义水资源合理配置模型等多个独创性模型，得出了对地区经济发展和水资源合理利用具有重要现实意义的战略结论。

| Abstract: | Economic development and ecological protection is mostly relied on water resources in dry areas Rationally water resources allocation is fundamental for alleviating conflicts of resources, economy and ecology. Based on water deficit in dry areas, the project namely "Studies on rationally water resources allocation under economic and ecological system of Ningxia" present the framework of rationally water resources allocation facing on economic and ecological system and develop many creative models such as distributed water recycling model in plain area, generalized model for rationally water resources allocation. The study result is of strategic meaning to regional economy and society development and sustainable utilization of water resources. |
