摘    要:研究出一类Ni3A1系金属间化合物中高温耐磨材料及抗汽蚀材料,其耐磨性基于 相的高温硬度、复合的第二相硬粒子及高温下组织稳定性。研究出该类合金的大气熔炼工艺、焊丝水平连铸工艺及焊接工艺,为工业化应用打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:igh temperature wear resistant and cavitation resistant Ni3AI intermetullics are investigsted. Its wearresistance is based on the high temperature hardness of , compound hard second phases and stability ofmicrostructure. Open melting, horizontal continuous casting welding wire (a new process in P. R. China)and welding processes for this material are developed.
