螺旋折流板换热器数值模拟及入口结构改进研究

摘    要:利用FLUENT软件,采用雷诺应力湍流模型模拟了不同流量下常规螺旋折流板换热器壳程的流动与传热性能,并用实验验证了模拟的可靠性。为了减少换热器壳侧入口处压降,对螺旋折流板换热器壳侧入口结构进行改进,将流体垂直流入壳体改为入口与壳体形成一定角度。对结构改进后的螺旋折流板换热器进行的数值模拟表明,采用倾斜入口结构时进口处压力降比采用垂直入口结构时低52%以上,且流量越大,这种降低幅度越明显。

Abstract:Reynolds Stress Model (RSM) and FLUENT software were used to simulate the shell-pass flow and heat transfer properties of regular helical baffles heat exchangers under different flow rates. The simulation results are in accordance with the experiment data, which proves the accuracy of the numerical model. In order to reduce the pressure drop at the inlet of the shell-pass, the vertical inlet structure was changed into an oblique one. The simulation results of the improved helical baffles heat exchanger show that the inlet pressure drop of the oblique inlet structure is much lesser than that of the vertical inlet structure and the inlet pressure drop reduction between the two structures will be more obvious at the higher flow rate.
