摘    要:在模拟塔里木油田的CO2腐蚀环境中,研究了P110油井管钢的腐蚀规律,得到了不同温度、CO2分压和流速下,P11O油井管钢的腐蚀速率及其最大发生条件。文章分析了试验结果.指出了经典理论与该试验结果之间的差别。新的结论是在任何温度下,CO2对P11O油井管钢表面都会产生局部腐蚀,腐蚀速率发生转变的温度随腐蚀环境和材料特性而变;温度是影响腐蚀产物膜成分和生成速度的关键因素.也是影响腐蚀速率的关键因素。

Abstract:Corrosion behaviors of P110 tubing and casing steel were studied by stimulating the environments of Ta Li Mu Oilfield. The average corrosion rates and the peak value of the occurring condition of P110 steel were gained from different temperature, CO_2 partial pressure and the flow rate. The results showed the differences between the classical theory and the test results. It was indicated that the localized corrosion appeared at any temperature and the changing temperature of the corrosion rates were varied with the corrosion environment and the material characteristics. In addition, the temperature was the crucial factor that influenced not only the components and the growing rate of corrosion product scale, but also the corrosion rate of P110 steel.
