高压内缸螺栓断裂失效分析

摘    要:通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、能谱分析和断口分析等对襄樊发电有限责任公司2号机组高压内缸断裂螺栓进行了失效分析,结果表明:螺栓冲击韧性明显偏低,材质脆化,断裂从螺栓根部向另一侧扩展,具有明显的脆性开裂特征。

Abstract:Though macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance test, metallographic examination, energy spectrum analysis, and fracture analysis etc., the bolt fracture failure of high-pressure inner cylinder for steam turbine no.2 in Xiangfan Power Generation Co Ltd has been analysed, the results show that the impact toughness of the bolt to be obviously lower, and the material of the bolt to be fragile, the fracture extended from thread root toward another side, having remarkable feature of brittle fracture.
