碳纤维增强碳基复合材料增密方法及其特点

摘    要:综合论述了化学气相渗透(CVI)、液相浸渍、CVI+液相浸渍和化学液气相渗透等4种增密碳纤维增强碳基(C/C)复合材料方法的原理和它们的特点.其中CVI增密方法的沉积效率低、生产周期长、成本高和生产适应性强;液相浸渍法增密速度快,但最终材料密度不高,存在大量细小的孔隙;CVI+液相浸渍综合了CVI和液相浸渍两种工艺的优点;化学液气相沉积的沉积速率高,但产品适应性差.

Abstract:The principles and characteristics of the four densification methods for C/C composites were introcuced,including chemical vapour infiltration(CVI),liquid impregnation,CVI+liquid impregnation and chemical liquid vapour infiltration.CVI has characteristics as low infiltration efficiency,long production period,high cost and good adaptability to products.Densification velocity of liquid impregnation is rapid,but C/C composites made by this densification method haven't high density.CVI+liquid impregnation synth...
