用MasterCAM实现五轴加工仿真

摘    要:五轴加工机床由于生产制造技术的难度远远大于三轴机床,很长时间没有解决国产化问题;再者五轴联动控制系统技术上难度大,不容易实现;五轴联动曲面加工编程也比较困难。运用MasterCAM软件进行数控编程的方法,用一个实例说明了生成刀具运动轨迹、数控加工代码的过程,并对零件的加工过程进行了模拟仿真。对于缩短产品的设计、制造周期、提高工作效率,具有非常重要的实际意义。

Abstract:Manufacturing technology of five Axis Machine is more difficult than three Axis Machine,so its manufacture has not been nationalized for a long time.And controlling technolgy and programming of five Axis Machining are difficult .A method to compile NC program in MasterCAM is put forward, and the simulation with a example is introduced.All this can simplify the designing, shorten the cycle of design, and increase the working efficiency.The simulation of five Axis Machining is of practical significance.
