| 摘 要： | 随着电力系统的发展和电网建设的完善,电网可以在多种可选择的不同的方案下运行。特别是在负荷较小的时候,如何合理配置电网的运行方式,在保证供电质量的同时尽量降低电网损耗成为当前各供电公司急需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of power system and the power network being perfected,the power network is available operating in different plan,which can be selected from many kinds of plans.Especially during lower load,how to dispose the operation mode reasonably,and to ensure the power supply quality,at the sametime the power network loss to be as low as possible,are the urgent problems to be solved for every power supply company at present. |
