| Abstract: | In this paper, a rewinder network control system based on USS communication protocol was introduced, in which the S7-200 PLC and DC driver 6RA70 of SIEMENS were applied. And the theories of load distribution of rewinder's back rollers and automatic tension control of the unwinder etc. in this system were also analyzed. |
