| 摘 要： | 由于渐开线的数学特性,用普通的方法难以绘制渐开线齿轮模型.通过渐开线数学方程的建立,结合机械设计中齿轮的基本圆方程,详细阐明了应用Pro/E精确创建标准渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的基本原理、过程和应注意的问题,并根据渐开线特性、齿轮基本圆方程及齿轮啮合原理,计算出了应用Pro/E精确创建标准渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮时对齿数的基本要求,为模型的精确分析、加工提供了设计保证.

| Abstract: | Because of the evolvent characteristic,it is difficult for gear model to draw the precision curve.Combining with the basic circle formula,it puts forward the evolvent equation,describes the principle,process and some key items of creation precision evolvent curve gear based on Pro/E.According to the engaging of gears and basic circle function,it calculates the number requirement of teeth in this creation process. |
