汽油机燃烧过程中气缸内对流换热的数值模拟

摘    要:本文对Morel的汽油机缸内对流换热模型进行了改进,把一维模型应用于燃烧过程的计算,可以体现汽油机燃烧时缸内温度、组分浓度和湍流的空间变化对对流换热的影响,得到燃烧时对流换热量随时间的变化和在缸内的径向分布情况.计算实例表明,面积平均的对流换热系数远大于Woschni公式得到的计算值,缸内热流量的变化与火焰面的位置有密切关系.应用本文的数值模拟方法,还可以预测发动机的几个参数改变时,对流换热量的相应变化情况.

Abstract:Morel's model for convective heat transfer in gasoline engines was improved in the paper. Using one-dimensional model to engine combustion process, the effects of spatial variations of temperature, constituent concentration and turbulence on convective heat transfer were considered and in-cylinder space and time-resolved heat convection can be predicted. Calculation example showed that heat flux variation is much related to the flame position and combustion chamber wall area averaged heat transfer coefficient is much larger than that predicted by Woschni formula. The dependence of convective heat flux on engine operation parameters can be predicted by this model.
