摘    要:在惰性气体保护及碘化亚铜催化的条件下,三氟乙酸钠与溴苯、碘苯以及碘代甲苯和碘代硝基苯等卤代芳烃反应,制备得到相应的三氟甲基化合物。确定了该方法的适宜条件:溶剂为N,N 二甲基甲酰胺,n(PhI)∶n(CuI)∶n(CF3COONa) =1∶2∶8, 160℃下搅拌反应 4h,产物收率达 77 8%。

Abstract:In the presence of copper(Ⅰ) iodide as the catalyst and under the protection of inert gas,aromatic halides including bromobenzene,iodobenzene,iodotuluene and iodonitrobenzene reacted with sodium trifluoroacetate to give the corresponding trifluoromethylated compounds in moderate to good yields.The optimum reaction conditions were determined.Thus,using N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent,mole ratio n(PhI)∶n(CuI)∶n(CF_3COONa)=1∶2∶8,stirring for 4 h at 160 ℃ under nitrogen,the yield amounted to 77.8%.
