国内外预合金粉末在金刚石工具中的应用

预合金粉末由于每个粉末颗粒都包含组成合金的各种金属元素，其共熔点比合金中单元素熔点低，因此预合金粉末具有成分均匀，烧结温度低等优点，从而引起了广泛的重视。本文介绍了金刚石工具用预合金粉末制造方法及特点，国内外预合金粉末产品性能及应用，在此基础上展望了未来预合金粉的发展趋势。

The application of the pre-alloyed powder in diamond tools

Because the pre-alloy powders contains all the elements of the alloy in each particle,its melting point is lower than that of single element,therefore the pre-alloy powder has better homogeneity,low sintering temperature,thus was brought to the widespread attention.This paper introduced the producing method and characteristics of the pre-alloyed powder used in diamond tools,put emphasis upon analysis about the performance and application of the foreign pre-alloyed powder products,and the trends of the pre-alloyed powder were forecast.
