微弧氧化膜层表面化学镀Ni-P合金工艺研究

摘    要:研究了镁合金微弧氧化后化学镀Ni-P合金层的工艺、镀层的结构,结果表明:化学镀得到的镍层具有很强的化学活性,对微弧氧化膜层可以起到封孔作用,镀液所及的地方都能被镍层覆盖。微弧氧化膜的耐酸蚀能力得到很大提高。

Abstract:The technique and the microstructure of chemical plating Ni-P alloy coating on MAO film were investigated.It was found that the resulting Ni-P coating has strong chemically active and could seal the holes in MAO film.The coating could cover any place where the solution could infiltrate in.The acid corrosion resistance of MAO film was improved.
