摘    要:介绍了有关物质结晶行为的Ozawa方程和Liu方法的理论背景。用DSC方法研究了间规聚苯乙烯(s-PS)的非等温结晶动力学。结果表明,降温速率越大,s-PS的结晶峰越小,结晶度也越小。s-PS非等温结晶行为服从Ozawa方程和Liu方法。Ozawa指数为3,是以异相成核的三维生长或均相成核的二维生长方式结晶的;相对结晶度为0.20~0.80时,降温速率的对数与结晶时间的对数具有较好的线性关系。

Non- isothermal crystal dynamics of syndiotactic polystyrene based on solution polymerization
Abstract:The theoretical basis of Ozawa and Liu methods employed in crystallization was introduced. The non-isothermal cooling crystal dynamics of syndiotactic polystyrene(s-PS) was investigated by DSC. The results showed that cooling rate was larger, the value of crystal peak point and crystal degree was less. The crystal behavior of s-PS follows the Ozawa equation and Liu method. The Ozawa index was about three, it indicated that the crystal course of s-PS was three dimensional growth of heterophase or two dimensional growth of homophase. For the crystal degree in the range of 0.20 to 0.80, lgR vs lgt was linear, which corresponded with Liu method.
