| Abstract: | Local government public administration performance evaluation becomes a hot issue because it is the realistic choice for the integration of the reform drives in government public administration systems, the objective demand for dissolving internal contradictions in the reform of government public administration systems, the inevitable requirement for standardizing reform-driving procedures for government public administration systems, and the rational choice for improving the evaluation level of government public administration performance. |
