大倾角综采工作面液压支架参数设计及其与围岩关系

摘    要:基于云南观音山煤矿已有的煤层地质条件,确定了合理的支架高度、支护强度及合理的额定工作阻力。在顶板分类原则基础上选定支架为ZQY4400/17/36型大倾角掩护式液压支架。采用数值模拟软件FLAC3D,建立了大倾角软顶底板煤层数值模型,模拟研究了所选支架在工作面的支撑应力分布规律,分析了工作面回采时煤壁内应力分布,顶板下沉及底板鼓起情况。采用ANSYS数值模拟软件,建立了支架与围岩关系的力学模型,模拟研究了支架所受载荷情况,对支架与围岩的力学关系进行了分析。结果表明:根据实际地质情况选择的ZQY4400/17/36型大倾角掩护式液压支架使用时,顶板下沉量和底板鼓起量能满足安全开采要求,支架以前梁变形为主,支架顶梁变形较小,支架底板尖端比压满足支护要求,支架整体选择适合实际条件。

Abstract:Based on the condition of Guanyinshan Mine,we determined the reasonable support,the support strength and reasonable resistance.According to the classify principles of roof selected the ZQY4400/17/36 type large shield hydraulic support,we built a numerical model for lean and soft roof and floor coal seam by using the software FLAC3D to numerically study the stress distribution of support and to analyze the stress distribution and roof and floor muster.We built a numerical model for relationship between support and surrounding rock by using the software ANSYS to numerically study the support load and to analyze the relationship between support and surrounding rock.The numerical simulation indicate that:the ZQY4400/17/36 type large shield hydraulic support can meet the requirements of safe mining in muster the roof and floor subsidence.The top beam deformation of support is small and mainly in the before beam deformation.The support sophisticated pressure meet the requirements of supporting,the support we choose is meet the actual conditional.
