煤泥浮选能耗试验研究

摘    要:为探索不同可浮性煤泥的浮选能耗,针对钱家营选煤厂烟煤和陈四楼选煤厂无烟煤两种代表性煤泥,在最优药剂用量、浓度和充气量条件下进行浮选能耗试验。试验结果表明:陈四楼煤泥的天然可浮性较差且高灰细泥含量较多;转速越高,同种煤泥达到相同的可燃体回收率所需的浮选时间越短,但所需的总能耗越多;低转速、较长浮选时间条件下消耗较少的功能够与高转速、较短时间条件下消耗较多的功获得相同的可燃体回收率;可通过计算浮选能耗比较指标Wf值来比较不同煤泥的可浮性;随着浮选过程的进行,精煤灰分逐渐增加,浮选速率常数k值逐渐减小,煤泥的可浮性越来越差,单位可燃体回收率的产品浮出所需的能耗越来越多。

Abstract:To explore flotation power consumption of slime with different floatability,bituminous coal (fat coal) which was collected from the feed of Qianjiaying coal preparation plant and anthracite of Chensilou coal preparation plant were taken as two representative samples.The flotation power tests were carried out with the optimal conditions of reagents dosage,concentration and inflation.The results show that the natural floatability of Chensilou slime is poor,and the content of high ash fine mud is high.The higher the rotate speeds are,the shorter the time required by the same slime to get the same combustible material recovery,but the more the total power it requires.The combustible material recovery obtained under the condition of lower rotate speed,longer flotation time and less power is the same as the one obtained under the condition of higher rotate speed,shorter time and more power.The flotabilities of different kinds of slime could be compared by calculating the comparative indicator of flotation power Wf.With the proceeding of flotation,the ash content of clean coal gradually increases,the flotation rate constant k values decreases,the flotability of slime gets worse and worse,and the power required by the product of per unit combustible material recovery becomes more and more.
