摘    要:远红外辐射对铸造坭芯进行干燥,具有升温快,热效率高、节能显著、烘制坭芯质量好等优点.本文对烘箱的设计计算,热风循环温度控制等关键技术进行分析,以引起铸造行业对选红外辐射加热技术的重视.

Abstract:To dry the unfired pottery with far infrared radiation can result in such advantages as speedy temperature rise, high heating efficiency, large amount of energy-saving and high quality. Some analyses are done in this paper of the oven design and calculation, circulation of heating wind and temperature control to make a suggestion that the casting in dustry attach importance to the application of the far infrared radiation heating technology.
