导体/绝缘体复合材料的电学性质

摘    要:采用陶瓷工艺两步合成法制备出金属(Ag)/绝缘(PMN)体复合材料。XRD分析表明金属(Ag)与绝缘体(PMN)间不发生反应,分别以两相共存。这种复合材料在两相比例适当的条件下具有电压敏特性。介电特性研究结果表明复合材料具有较高的介电常数,因此可以开发多功能器件。

Abstract:Conductor (Ag)/insulator(PMN) composites have been prepared by two-step method of ceramic process. It has been detected by XRD that in the composites Ag does not react with PMN and the composite with a proper proportion of Ag and PMN possesses nonlinear V-I property.The composites might be developed as varistor-capacitor multifunctional components because of their high dielectric constant.
