Inquiring and Analysis on Establishment of Long-effect Mechanism for Safe Production in Coal Mines |

| Abstract: | To counter the severe safety situation in coal mines, this paper describes the necessity and urgency of establishing a long-effect mechanism for safe production aimed at putting prevention first, self-restriction and sustained improvement. The establishment of the long-effect mechanism for safe production in coal mines should follow the principle of"taking people as the foundation and placing quality first","scientific and realistic approach and careful management", normalization and effective control and"putting prevention first and sustained improvement". The paper also expounds nine constitutional elements for the establishment of the long-effect mechanism for safe production in coal mines. |
