| 摘 要： | 针对某石化企业的往复压缩机开发出了一套在线监测系统。该系统采用上、下位机的结构形式,其中下位机是基于单片机技术开发的。现场的下位机实时采集压缩机的运行数据,通过网络远距离传输到中控室的上位机中,进行数据分析处理和故障诊断,实现了往复压缩机的在线实时监测。

| Abstract: | The on-line monitoring system of reciprocating compressor has been establishad for the petrochemistry enterprise.It consists of single-chip microcomputer and PC.Single-chip microcomputer collected the data of compressor operation,transmit the data to PC located in control room via netwoek,then proceed to data processing and make diagnosis.The problem of real-time monitoring for reciprocating compressor has been resolved by this system. |
