摘    要:通过大量的试验对比,得到凯泰(CTA)改性聚丙烯(粗)纤维对混凝土性能的影响效果。改性聚丙烯(粗)纤维可以起到微筋材的作用,对混凝土起到增强作用的同时提高混凝土的韧性和抗应变能力。但低弹粗模纤维对混凝土的增强增韧作用的掺量范围很窄,当掺量超过一定值后,出现了韧性增加,强度降低的现象,这主要是低弹模纤维材料性质所决定的。给出了通过调节粗纤维在混凝土中的配合比可以综合提高混凝土各方面的性能的纤维掺量范围,满足不同纤维混凝土的功能要求,包括抗压强度、抗折强度、较好的弯曲韧性和承载力等。

Abstract:To compare massive experimental results,the influence of CTA modified polypropylene coarse fibers on the concrete performance was obtained.The fiber can work as the micro-steel to reinforce the toughness and the strain resistance capability of concrete.The low elastic coarse model fiber may reinforce the concrete strength and toughness,but the characteristic of the fiber shows that toughness will increase and strength will reduce when the content of the fiber exceeds a certain value.To adjust the mixture ratio of coarse textile fibers in concrete,the content range of various performance of the concrete could be synthetically improved and satisfy function request of the different textile fibers concrete,including the anti-impact performance,the anti-crack,better curving toughness and bearing capacity and so on.
