高温厌氧菌分解纤维素的研究

摘    要:研究了高温厌氧菌Clostridium thermocopriae JT3-3和JT1分解纤维素的机制,并研究了葡萄糖对代谢产物的影响。结果表明:纤维素(MN300)能够被JT3-3菌在7d内完全水解,稻草能够被JT1菌部分水解。纤维素或稻草的分解产物分别为乙醇、乙酸和丁酸。0.2% ̄0.5%的葡萄糖能促进代谢产物的生成。

Abstract:In this report, the decomposition of cellulose by the Clostridium thermocopriae JT3 3 and JT1 and the effect of glucose on the metabolite are studied.It is concluded: Firstly, cellulose(MN300) can be decomposed completely by JT3 3 in seven day's hydrolysation and rice straw can be decomposed partly by JT1. Secondly, the products by the decomposition of cellulose or rice straw are ethanol, acetic acid and butyric acid. Lastly, 0.2 0.5% glucose can stimulate the production of metabolites.
