基于正交试验和神经网络的超细石英粉体制备

摘    要:简要分析了高能球磨法制备超细石英粉体的基本原理;以正交试验设计技术为基础,研究了球磨法制备超细石英粉体的试验方法;应用人工神经网络技术,建立了基于BP网络的石英粉体粒径预测模型.试验结果表明:该模型具有较高的精度,较好地实现了球磨法制备石英粉体的粒径预测.该项技术为进一步研究工业化制备超细石英粉体工艺及其参数选择提供了理论指导.

Abstract:Preparation principle of superfine quartz powder by high energy milling and test methods based on orthogonal design were presented. A particle size model of quartz powder was established by applying artificial neural network technology. The results show that the model can predict particle size of quartz powder with high accuracy.
