摘    要:在内燃机与支架之间安装隔振设备是降低内燃机振动和噪声的有效方法之一。本文介绍了498柴油机试验台架的隔振方案和橡胶隔振器的设计,并讨论了引起498柴油机机体振动的主要原因。试验表明,所设计隔振系统能有效地降低内燃机传递给支架的振动。

Abstract:One of effective method of reducing the vibration and noise of diesel engine is to install mount system betweenengine and bracket. Introduction is given to the design of mount system for 498 diesel engine and main causes of vibrationare also discussed here. The test results show that this mount system can reduce the bracket vibration transmitted by thediesel engine efficiently.
