| 摘 要： | 报道了一条β 蒎烯为原料经氧化、异构、水解得紫苏醇,紫苏醇氧化成紫苏醛,最后和羟胺肟化制得高甜度甜味剂 紫苏葶的合成工艺路线,并对紫苏葶在卷烟中的应用进行了研究.

Synthesis of perillartine and its applications |

| Abstract: | The synthetic technological routine of perillartine that is high sweeter flavor is reported.First β pine is oxidized,isomerized and hydrolyzed to give perillyl alcohol.Then perillyl alcohol is oxidized to give perillyl aldehyde.Finally perillyl aldehyde is oximed with hydroxylamine to produce perillartine.The application of perillartine in the cigarette is researched. |
