Abstract: | In this study, immobilization petroleum-degrading bacteria and the degradation characteristics and community change of marine petroleum-degrading bacteria in three different degradation environments were studied and discussed. The 15-day biodegradation rate of immobilized petroleum-degrading bacteria and indigenous bacteria was 54%, whereas that of indigenous bacteria was only 13%. Furthermore, Shannon index of petroleum-degrading bacteria and the heatmap of the genus were studied. The addition of immobilized bacteria did not damage the biodiversity of original seawater. After adding immobilized degrading bacteria, the community structure of Pseudomonas sp. and Leucobacter sp. increased, whereas that of Alcanivorax sp. decreased. |
