高效液相色谱测定蒽醌

摘    要:研究了高效液相色谱法分析蒽醌法制过氧化氢工作液的主成分。以反相 C1 8柱 ,甲醇水 (体积比为 67∶33)为流动相 ,快速分离分析 2乙基蒽醌 ( EAQ)、四氢 2乙基蒽醌 ( H4EAQ)、重芳烃和磷酸三辛酯。同时讨论了上述物质的最佳紫外吸收波长 ,EAQ测定量在 1 6~ 1 60 ng,H4EAQ在 2 4~ 2 4 0 ng范围内的吸光度线性相关系数分别为 0 ,9997和 0 .9994 ,方法回收率均在 99%以上

Abstract:The RPHPLC method was applied to the analysis of main composition of working liquid producting hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone. EAQ, H 4EAQ, heavy aromatic hydrocarbon and trioctyl phosphate were sparated on a C 18 reversedphase column with an 67% aqueous methanol as the eluting agent, detected by UV. The optimal UV wavelengths were discussed. The relationship between EAQ, H 4EAQ peak area and amount in range of 16~160 ng(24~240 ng) was positively related(γ=0.9997 and γ=0,9994). The recovery of EAQ, H 4EAQ detecting were 99% above.
