| 摘 要： | ZJ2211(中文名称:吡氟菌酯)为结构新颖的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类化合物,同时具有较好的杀菌和杀螨活性。采用叶虫浸渍法测定了ZJ2211对朱砂叶螨卵、若螨和雌成螨的毒杀活性,结果表明,处理后48h,ZJ2211TC与15%ZJ2211SC对雌成螨的LC50值分别为3.9078mg/L和3.7756mg/L,对若螨的LC50值分别为2.8571mg/L和2.6569mg/L;处理后7d,对卵的LC50值分别为33.4543mg/L和30.8173mg/L。可见,化合物ZJ2211对朱砂叶螨的若螨、成螨具有良好的毒杀效果。尚需开展多点的田间试验,以明确其市场开发前景。

| Abstract: | Bioactivity was determined for a new compound ZJ2211 against eggs,nymphs and female adults of Tetranychus cinnabarinus by immersion method in lab.The results showed that the LC50 value for female adults were 3.907 8 and 3.775 6 mg/L and the LC50 value of nymphs were 2.857 1 mg/L and 2.656 9 mg/L,of ZJ2211 TC and a 15% ZJ2211 SC,respectively,48h after treatment.The LC50 values of ZJ2211 TC and 15% ZJ2211 SC against eggs were respectively 33.454 3 mg/L and 30.817 3 mg/L after 7d treatment.So the compound ZJ22... |
