| 摘 要： | 采用非离子表面活性剂对PE/PP纺粘非织造布进行亲水表面整理,介绍了整理工艺及亲水性能的测试方法,并用正交实验法确定了亲水整理的最佳工艺参数表面活性剂浓度0.3%;带液率约30%;烘干温度90℃;烘干时间100s。在此工艺条件下后整理的非织造布可以获得穿透时间最短的最佳整理效果。

| Abstract: | The hydrophilic surface finishing of PE/PP bicomponent spunbond nonwovens by surface-active agents mainly contain nonionic was introduced. The processing and test methods of hydrophilic finish were analyzed . In addition, the optimizing method was applied to decide the processing parameters, that is 0.3% surfactants concentration, approximately 30% surfactants application rate, drying temperature 90℃ and 100 s drying time. Finally, strikethrough performance of hydrophilic finished spunbonded PE/PP bicomponent nonwovens was improved. |
