摘 要: | 概述TiO2半导体光电催化分解水制氢基本原理,着重介绍平带电位的影响和TiO2薄膜的性能,并概括了施加外加偏置电压的方法;概述了常见的半导体修饰方法的基本原理。最后指出光电催化制氢尚待解决的一些基本问题并展望了光电催化制氢的应用前景。

Theory and Influencing Factors on Photoelectrocatalysis Hydrogen Production from Water |

Abstract: | Hydrogen energy is a kind of novel green energy due to its special characteristics, such as clean property, and etc. And its production through photoelectrolysis of water by utilizing the solar energy also exhibits good application prospect. The fundamentals of photoelectrolysis water splitting by the aid of TiO2 are summarized. Many factors can affect photoelectrocatalysis hydrogen production efficiency, and much attention is paid to the effect of semiconductor flatband potential and the performance of TiO2 film on the hydrogen evolution efficiency. Methods of applying external bias potential and principles of modification methods are also briefed. At last, some basic problems about photoelectrocatalysis hydrogen production that still unresolved efficiently so far are pointed out, and its application prospect is viewed. |
