璞玉之琢--浙江省电力大楼创作记

以玉作喻，玉人对玉璞的切磋琢磨，变顽石为美器，正如建筑师对建筑的思考推敲，变制约为创造。以减法手法创作的浙江省电力大楼方案结合基地形状，以长方形为母体，根据几个主要景观面的环境应力对母体进行切挖，组织良好景观的同时．减少东西向用房并增加建筑的“可呼吸面”，从而达到节能和塑造人性化空间的目的。在立面处理上运用了网格化的处理手法．创造了强烈的形式感。
