摘    要:以氧化钛湿敏元件等效电路模型中的参数为优化对象,提出一种改进的基于遗传算法的等效电路优化方法。算法在选择操作中加入最优保存策略,并对适应度函数进行适当的调整,从而提高了算法的运行效率和精确度,获得了拟合曲线和适应度函数图。拟合曲线直观地证明了等效电路的正确性,而适应度函数图更是明确地表达了算法的运行效果。改进的遗传算法优化处理程序采用Matlab编程语言实现。

Abstract:With equivalent circuit model parameters of Titania humidity sensor as optimizing object,an equivalent circuit optimization method is proposed based on improved genetic algorithm.Elitist strategy is added in select option of algorithm,and fitness function is suitably adjusted.Thereby,operational efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm are enhanced.Fitting curves and fitness function plots are obtained.The correctness of equivalent circuit is proved intuitionally by fitting curves.And the operating effects ...
