钢铁件高效除蜡剂的研究

摘    要:除蜡是五金电镀前处理的重要工序。对除蜡剂主要成分进行了筛选,获得了适用于钢铁件抛光蜡的除蜡剂配方(质量分数):25%~30%油酸,20%~25%二乙醇胺,12%~18e02表面活性剂,3%~8%溶剂A,3%~8%渗透剂B,3%~8%其它助剂,10%~20%水。与市售除蜡剂的性能进行了比较,结果表明:自制的除蜡剂具有更好的除蜡能力。生产应用证明,该除蜡剂完全适应现代化电镀生产线需求。

Abstract:Wax removing is an important procedure in pre-treatment of hardware electroplating. The primary components of wax removing agent were selected. The formula of a wax removing agent suitable for iron and steel article was gained as follows (mass fraction): oleic acid 25%-30%, diethanolamine 20%-25%, 6502 surfactant 12%-18%, solvent A 3%-8%, permeating agent B 3%-8%, other assistant 3%-8%, water 10%-20%. The performance between the home-made wax removing agent and that sold in market were compared. The results showed that the home-made wax removing agent has good wax removing properties. The production application proves that the wax removing agent can fully meet the requirements of modern electroplating production line.
