| 摘 要： | 结合我国装饰行业新材料、新技术、新工艺推陈出新、对装饰行业工程造价控制要求更高的现状，从设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、工程结算阶段四方面阐述了装饰工程实施阶段造价控制的具体方法，以期搞好装饰行业工程造价控制。

| Abstract: | Combining situation that the new material, new technique and new skill appears continuously in decoration industry in our nation, as well as the relative high requirements on the cost controling, the paper states specific methods for cost control in constructional stage of decora-tion project form four aspects, including design stage, tender inviting and submitting stage, construction stage, final accounts stage. It aims to do the cost control in this industry well. |
