| 摘 要： | 文章从采购和销售两个环节出发,将供应链管理分为前向供应链和后向供应链。伴随国内钢铁行业的迅猛发展,原料市场早已成为卖方市场。资源获取难度加大已经让企业决策者认识到,目前企业与企业的竞争已经转化为供应链与供应链之间的竞争,因此,加快打造包钢的前向供应链,促进现代物流管理的运作,与上游供应商合作共赢,成为包钢将钢铁主业做大做强的当务之急。
