摘    要:分析了某一汽车差速器壳十字轴孔的加工方法,确定了加工方案并设计了专用夹具。该夹具结构简单,定位可靠,能够保证工件的加工精度,提高生产效率,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:This paper analyses the processing method of the cross axis aperture in automotive differential shell,formulates machining process plan and designs special fixture.The fixture’s structure is simple and the fixture realizes reliable positioning.The result of use proves that the fixture can achieve parts processing precision and improve the production efficiency and attain the good application effect.
