| 摘 要： | 随着环保和节能越来越受到重视,锅炉燃烧系统对于燃烧控制提出了新的要求,为此,本文提出了基于西门子PLC控制系统下燃水煤浆燃烧控制的解决方案,针对水煤浆可以像油一样泵送、雾化、贮存和稳定燃烧的特点,通过负荷和风量配比的控制,达到稳定燃烧的控制要求。实际应用表明,本控制方案可行、有效、经济。

| Abstract: | In order to protect environment and save energy,the boiler combustion system for burning control set the new request.To meet this requirement,a Burning coal-water slurry（CWS） combustion control system based on Siemens PLC is designed in this paper,in which the load and air volume ratio control has been studied.The solution is depends on the characteristics that CWS can be the same as the oil to pumping,atomization,storage and stable combustion.The application shows the control system is feasible,effective and workable. |
