氯化聚丙烯(PPCl)—聚吡咯(PPy)导电薄膜的力学性能

摘    要:在成功地合成了PPCI—PPy导电薄膜的基础上,本文通过应力一应变试验、动态力学分析(DDV)等测试手段对其力学性能作了较为详细的探讨.实验结果表明,随着PPCI—PPy导电薄膜中聚吡咯含量的升高,其断裂强度、初始模量增大,而断裂伸长略有降低,玻璃化转变温度也随聚吡咯含量的增大而升高,并在聚昆咯含量达到6%后趋于一稳定值.另外,本文在Mooney模型中引入了一个更为广义的校正因子,提出了一个新的力学模型以描述PPCI—PPy二相体系的力学性能,计算结果表明,本文模型的理论值与实验结果具有很好的一致性.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PPC1-PPy CONDUCTING FILMS
Abstract:The chlorinated polypropylene(PPC1)-polypyrrole(PPy)conducting films are successfully synthesized by a novel method for the first time. The mechanical properties of PPCl-PPy conducting films are investigated by means of stress-strain test and DDV. It is shown that with the increase of polypyrrole content the rupture strength and initial modulus increase,but the elongation at rupture decreases. Beside the glass transistion temperature (Tg)increases,and then comes up to a constant value when polypyrrole content attains 6%. Moreover,a new mechanical model to describe the mechanical properties of PPCl-PPy blend system is established by changing the corrected factor of Mooney model. It is found that the theoretic value of the model is well coincident with the experimental results.
