| 摘 要： | 外墙外保温技术作为实现建筑节能的重要手段之一,近年来在工程中得到大量推广,但同时产生很多质量问题.以长春市某新建小区外墙外保温出现的质量问题为例,从材料、施工等方面对EPS外保温系统产生裂缝的原因进行分析,并做出改造方法,提出控制裂缝的技术措施.

| Abstract: | As one of the most important measures of realizing building energy efficiency,external thermal insulation system was widely applied in some projects in recent years,but many quality problems occurs at the same time.Taking an actual project of new residential district in Changchun as an example,the reasons for crack of EPS external thermal insulation system were analyzed,and some reform methods and technical measures to control crack were put forward. |
