| 摘 要： | 概述了含有有机磺酸 ,Sn2 + 和 Pb2 + 的有机磺酸盐 ,添加剂等组成的 Sn和 Sn- Pb合金镀液 ,可以在宽电流密度范围内获得外观良好的光亮 Sn和 Sn- Pb合金镀层 ,适用于连接器 ,IC引线架和印制板等电子部件的表面精饰。
