35CrMo钢固体粉末渗铝及渗铝层性能研究

摘    要:通过固体粉末法对35CrMo钢进行渗铝,用扫描电镜对渗铝层进行组织观察和成分分析,并对其进行腐蚀、高温氧化试验和显微硬度测试。结果表明,35CrMo钢进行固体粉末法渗铝后具有优良的耐硫化氢腐蚀和抗高温氧化能力,渗铝表层的硬度也较高。

Abstract:Through adopting aluminizing to 35CrMo steel in the way of solid powder,microstructures observation and composition analysis to aluminizing layer in SEM,and corrosion,high-temperature oxidation and micro hardness tests to 35CrMo steel,it is verified that aluminizing layer has excellent performance when 35CrMo steel aluminized with solid powder.
