| 摘 要： | 分析了热熔法预浸料专用环氧树脂基体在制备中爆聚现象的原因,确定了采用先进的非电热加热树脂基体的方法和高低速多搅拌设备,用低活性的促进剂替代高活性促进剂,在70℃/30min的工艺条件下制备专用树脂,不仅有效控制树脂基体的爆聚,而且树脂基体的凝胶时间从6 min增长到13 mi n,延长了树脂基体及最终预浸料产品的贮存期。
