混合式球罐球壳几何尺寸的AutoCAD作图法

摘    要:由于混合式球罐的结构化橘瓣式球罐更为复杂,因此其球壳板几何尺寸的计算难度较大。本文介绍了如何运用AutoCAD软件计算混合式球罐球壳板几何尺寸,新方法运用AutoCAD 2000软件制作出每一种规格球壳板的三维立体模型,然后再运用AutoCAD命令直接测量出壳板几何尺寸,此方法要比计算等方法效率更高。

Abstract:Because structure of the mixed model spherical tank is more complex than the orange segment spherical tank, sizes of the mixed model spherical tank shell plate are not easy to calculate. This article particular introduced how to use software AutoCAD 2000 to aid design of shell plate size of the mixed model spherical tanks. The new method was to do every kind shell plate 3D model by AutoCAD and then to measure shell plate 3D model by AutoCAD order. The new method was more efficient and easy than any others.
