摘    要:在进行公路隧道交通事故风险评估时,需进行风险指标选取及相应评估取值,目前对曲线型隧道内各类型交通事故的风险评估还处于空白。本文对撞击隧道壁交通事故风险评估所需的风险指标和相应评估取值进行了研究,得出风险指标应为车辆行驶速度、隧道平曲线半径、路面摩擦系数三项。其中曲线型隧道内车速对严重事故的影响要大于轻微事故,车速越高,发生事故的危险性也就越大,但是危险性与车速并不成线性关系。交通事故的危险性和严重性随着曲线半径的增加而降低,曲线半径低于400 m的路段其交通事故率要比曲线半径大于1 000 m的路段至少高一倍。当路面附着系数Fp35时,交通事故急剧增长。

Abstract:In estimating the traffic accident risk in highway tunnel,the risk indicators should be selected and the corresponding assessment values be taken.The current risk assessment of various types of traffic accidents within the curved tunnel is still a blank.This paper studies the traffic accident risk index value and corresponding evaluation value of impact on tunnel wall,the indictors of risk obtained should be the vehicle speed,the tunnel horizontal curve radius and the road surface friction coefficient.The influence of the speed within the curved tunnels is greater than that of the crash without casualty,the higher the vehicle speed,the greater risk of accidents,but the risk and the vehicle speed is not in a linear relationship.The risk and severity of accidents is reduced with the increase of the curve radius,in section with the curve radius less than 400m,the traffic accident rate is at least twice higher than that with the curve radius more than 1000m.When the road adhesion coefficient Fp<35,traffic accidents increased sharply.
