摘    要:将废塑料内配于Hoganas铁鳞还原的料柱内,塑料铁鳞料柱对比,内配塑料的铁鳞料柱孔隙率增大,条件下,内配塑料提高了铁鳞还原反应的速率.高温下塑料裂解释放热量.同时,与无内配有利于反应中还原气体的传质。在实验设定

Abstract:Waste plastic was added into the iron scale column in Hoganas process. At higher temperature, the pyrolysis of plastic can release heat. Compared with scale column without plastic addition, the porosity of scale column with plastic addition is higher, which makes the process of reducing gas transfer in the column easier. Addition of plastic into iron scale column can improve the rate of iron scale reduction reaction.
